Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related fields.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in project management IT-related projects.
- Experience in a software development environment is a plus.
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors)
- Strong knowledge of project planning and workflow documentation.
- Familiarity in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Understanding of software development processes and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Proficiency in Azure Dev-Ops.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management.
- Familiarity in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Proficient in writing technical documents (e.g., BRS, process flow diagrams, training plans).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent in Conflict resolution and decision making.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to translate technical concept into business terms for client.

- Certifications in Project Management Professional, Certified Associate in Project Management, Agile or Scrum Certifications are a plus.
